but arnt you supose to go all the way down? would you benefit more from this exercise by taking off 200# and going all the way down?

The 1/3 squat totally put the 1/4 squats to shame.
I have bigger quads than the first guy and only squat a fraction of what he does.

Maybe the mono lift is new and they are testing it by unracking and racking?
This is why I will never squat with that style again.
