) he is exactly 6'5" and about 225. he looks it. BUT i also have a very small frame. i read that if you can wrap your index finger and thumb around your wrist and overlap, you have a small frame. i can do that easily. they say a small frame, 6'5" guy needs to weigh in around 193-197, based on some calorie calculators i found online. i THOUGHT that if i worked out to get to that weight, i would look a very lean, but muscular, normal 6'5" dude (with a small frame). is that incorrect thinking?
