Newbie here just want a liitle advice. Been training off and on about 30 years. Have injured myself numerous times due to my stupidy. I am now 56 yoa And have had total hip replacement, and a three tier fusion in my neck. After recovery time I have started back and now have been at it for about 8 months I have just changed my routine to Day one Chest and Triceps, Day 2 Back and BicepDay three Shoulders,Traps and legs.Still doing Bodyweight squats because of hip replacement (yes I am chicken about blowing out my new parts lol)
Anyone have ideas or any advice?And sorry fot the long rant. Thanks
