    weekly rest

    I practice every day bodybuilding, but the weekend my day and less active than others. I have some days of rest for muscle recovery?

    There should be 4+ days between each exercise is what I go by. Others will say different. Lift weekdays and weekends you can rest completely, with maybe some running.

    Rest is far more complicated than "x" number of days between muscle "y". Read my post in this still-active discussion for more info.
