    i was wonderin what day should i work my rear delts on back day or shoulder day?

    I work mine on shoulder day. Since the muscle is part of the shoulder girdle.

    hmmm i'm lost on that one i saw ronnie coleman doin em on back day too but when i do deadlifts my legs get a super pump so i don't know

    I agree with both, unless your doing Stiff/straight leg deadlifts, do those on Leg day.

    Rear delts on shoulder day...it's part of the shoulder muscle so it only makes sense.

    Deadlifts on back day even though it works your lower body. For me I can feel the deadlifts a lot in my lower and upper back. I beleive those are the primary muscles worked. The glutes, hams, and quads are secondary muscles involved in the deadlift.
    Searching for the right balance...
