
Hi I am new to the site and am hoping Im doing this on the right bit! Basically my question is about different supplements and the training that goes with them. I am currently on a dbol cycle of 6 weeks (in my 4th) and am doing another 6 week cycle of winny straight afterwards. After that i will have a 6 week rest period but obviously still attend the gym.
At the minute I am doing around 6-8 reps of either 3-4 sets for all body parts in order to gain strength but when i start the winny should i change it to pack on some more lean muscle and get cut, e.g. 10x10 or 4x12 or keep it the same? and also what should i do on the rest period in order to not lose any gains? I was thinking 4x8 going up to 12 (with each gym visit), then back down to 8 but with a heavier weight than previous?
