Well me an Juggernaut got off topic on another thread and Robert told me to start a new thread about it in this section.

Response to Juggernaut's comment: Overkill? I let those individual muscles rest for two days before I work them again, isn't that enough even though I do a lot of different lifts? Plus after my workout I feel like I could be doing more lifts. I give myself a solid minute and a half between sets, take a great pre-work out product and post workout product. Also me being a kid I always have a ton of energy and I recover very fast. I take some pills for muscle restoration before I go to bed.

Also I've only been doing this workout for about a month. I haven't grown for a few years.

I didn't find this anywhere really, my dad did. He's 45 and is the most ripped he has ever been in his life, takes the same pre and post workout I do, he's on the same diet, and takes no supplement pills other than multivitamins and fish oil. This worked so well for him. He's lost about 5 pounds of fat (he didn't have much before) and put on about 10 pounds of muscle. His entire body looks better than it did his entire life (he says) and is stronger than he has ever been. So he has done the same thing I'm doing for three months and it's totally worked for him.
