    Adductor machines

I just added updated my gym membership to include all the fitness and sports clubs in my area, and one of the clubs doesn't have an adductor or abductor machine. I stopped doing the abductor machine a long time ago (IT band problems), but still like the adductor machine. I'm not a fan of cable leg raises as I never feel stable. But my question is this: Why don't they have one (they don't seem to know either) and why isn't the adductor machine listed as apart of people's leg routines? I thought strong inner thighs were important for squats, etc. If so, then how come nobody lists them as exercises that they perform and why the heck doesn't a very large gym, with just about every other piece of equipment have this machine? Any logical answers???

I've seen large gyms without neck machines, just the way it goes.

You still work them doing squats, so isolation is up to the individual, which probably only women pay attention too, and only those that know about it. Also, you don't often find grip machines at gyms, some do some don't, most people wouldn't care. What about the front of the calf, alot of people don't touch that except soccer players, oh well.

I would probably enjoy that too, but I workout at the Y. Frizzled Granny Fannyfrump isn't the most exciting person to see pumping Abductors and Adductors.

. Actually the inner thigh is a part of the hamstring group and is worked well with semi stiff deads and wide leg dumbell squats. Some gyms have a hip isolator that can be used for inner thigh work
