    Advice on Recuperation

    Here is my weekly schedule

    Monday - Full Body Workout
Tuesday - 20Rep Squat, Deadlift, Cardio
    Wednesday - Upper Body
Thursday - 20Rep Squat, Deadlift, Cardio
    Friday - Full Body Workout
    Weekend Rest

Would Tuesday and Thursday interfere with my recuperation from previous workouts?

Training for five consecutive days isn't a good idea. Have you gone through a week of this yet?

Way too much. Especially on the 20 squat program - you would overtrain practically immediately, haha.

    Monday - 20 Rep Squats + Deadlifts
    Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 20 Rep Squats + Upper Body
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - Fullbody + CV
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

Would be better. More rest = more results. The 20 Rep Squat program is one of the most physically demanding things you will ever put yourself through. By the end of the program you'll probably only have the energy to do the 20 rep squat set then go home.

I didn't go through this yet. Can I add it to the end of my Full Body, or should I add it in the beginning, or should I even add it at all?

I think that it has something to do like taking a weight you usually can handle for 10 reps and making an all out set of 20 reps ,pausing briefly between reps and breathing deeply.I once heard about it but i don't know if I'm right, someone can correct me!

It depends on your age and how you feel. If you feel great then you should be o.k. The program shouldn't be followed longer than a few weeks anyway so it isn't going to matter in a couple of months.

Well, I'm 13 and I do in fact feel very good. I want to do this for 3 weeks, 2 times a week just to see how it feels.
