That look like a bad routine no matter what you're on.

I'll be training stomach tomorrow night with a seriously intense session.

I'm going to start with 3 sets of 8 reps of turkey, supersetted with some spoonfulls of mashed potatoes. Then, I'll do some drop sets of stuffing. I was going to go for a one-rep max on the dinner rolls, but I injured my colon last week with that gylogen-depletion session at Tony Romas.

    Bad for you? Not necessarily.

    Stupid? Yes.

I actually just started doing some direct ab work on a once-a-week accessory work day. I do all compounds so my abs get a hell of a workout as is, but I want some extra work. However, I'm definitely not doing 1100 reps of anything. That's just plain ol' overkill, right there.

I'd suggest you read Cowpimps link in my signature and pick out a good split routine them read Gaz's link in my signature for adding some periodization. Then read Built's link in my signature for information on tracking calories so you can get adequately fed to put on that mass.
