It looks like some of the smarter ladies on this board have this covered. Let me just say that I wish, even as a guy, I could accidentally put on too much mass. As a female, that's virtually impossible.

Also, I will add that most often people don't actually know what they want to change in their physique to achieve their desired results. I like to ask people to name someone famous, who I can easily visualize, to act as a reference point for the body they aspire to achieve. The vast majority of the time, even for women, they need to add some muscle mass and they don't even realize it. It's pretty rare you hear someone mention Calista Flockheart, a lean girl for sure, but who also has no muscle mass. It is more often you hear someone mention a woman like Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, or some other female that is more fit and more muscular than average. Although women aren't necessarily more attractive with 16" arms (Good luck getting those without drugs or excess fat anyway), they are usually more attractive with an extra 5-20 pounds of LBM, depending on where they start.
