    I'll second Built's shoulder module, but also her block training she suggested me. Between two programs of each I turned my shoulders from my biggest weakness to one of my best strengths.

    My shoulders have grown to look like cannonballs after using her shoulder specialization. I know genetics play a huge role, but they are visibly round and full. I out-size my brothers now and I am the smallest of 3 sons. I am 6'1 but my brothers are a lot bigger. They are jealous of my shoulders since coming to my brothers pool party the week before.
