Time to change some things up. diff sets/reps

For the past 15 weeks I have done this.

    20 20 20 For 1 week
    16 8 8 8 For 1 week and
    12 12 12 for 3 weeks.

It has gone great. I got hella bigger and stronger. I found myself board with my routine and am ready to switch stuff up. Any suggestions?

This last week I tried to go really heavy for 2 sets and then do a crazy drop set. For example Arnold press 90s for 6, 90 for 6, and then 70 for 8 - 60 for 4 - 50 for 4 - 40 for 4.

    What's your goal?

That's a lot of volume. I'd read Gaz's article on periodization on his site. It'll do you a lot of good.
