i'm finishing my fourth week on ud2. my goal is to cut bodyfat. i look like i'm putting on some lean mass, no fat gain, but my weight has not changed. i am following all the guide lines in the book, diet(macros and calories) and workouts . should i be seeing significant results as far as leaness by now? has this diet not worked out for anyone?

I Finished 8 weeks on the UD2 just a little while ago. I wasn't as impressed with the results as I thought I would be...
I definitely lost fat and gain muscle, because I could see my abs better afterwards but my body weight only dropped .5-1 lb. Therefore, I think this diet did what it was supposed to do: Get rid of fat while maintaining or adding muscle. However, I think that it does this rather slowly in my experience and might be more useful for someone who is almost at contest BF% and wants to drop just a little more while maintaining or adding muscle.
