whats insanity?
How would I incorporate all of these things into my day. I am trying to prepare for the insane proggy i'm going to make starting hopefully monday. I was thinking something like 3+miles at 5am. then insanity mid morning. (around lunch) and weight lifting in the evenings. Sound good?
