    can anyone help

    im 27 trainig seperate body parts 5 times a week, i wiegh 100k ive got more fat on me than i would like and im trying to change my training to sort it, its mainly on my stomach are and chest. my shoulders back and arms are doing realy well but i find my chest lets me down any ideas i can try? chears

    i havnt realy worked that out been eating oats and a protien shake for breakfast (phd synergy) about 6 am, protien and fruit around 10 30, jacket potato with tuna around 1, tinned mackeral and protien around 3 then train about 6 for 1.5 hrs. usually as heavy as i can go (130k bench for 1} and about 10-15 mins on a cross trainer, then protien when i get home, fish or chicken and v about an hour later. would i be better working out exactly how many calories etc i eat? my m8s are telling me to take a course of winstrol and maybe mix it with d bol, ive not taken anything before what do u rekon? thanks for the replys

    If you don't know how many calories you're eating then you are probably eating too many to drop fat.
    Read the link in my signature on getting started paying attention to the diet suggestions because that's what you need to fix first.
