I am super setting everything. I am tired of not losing fat again and I started gaining a lot of mass which is not what I want, I have been stuck now for 2 weeks so I changed my routine yesterday to all super sets, I am bored with Olympic and Power lifting anyways and I want to do something different.
The pain is not bad pain as in torn muscles it is the same lactic acid build up pain I was getting before from working out but now it is really magnified. Is this normal?

Yeah, i wouldn't worry about it. As you might expect it will lessen as you adjust to your new routine.
I am hoping to see a nice cut of fat with super sets, I have read mixed opinions on them, some say they are good for bulking yet many guys I worked out with in the past said it was a great way to get toned. I want to work up enough stamina so I can get into Giant Sets every other week, I read those are an awesome way to burn fat off the body, naturally with calorie deficiency.
To me supersets are a good way of mixing things up, and they're fantastic if you don't have much time. Never seen any increased fat burning by doing them though. Then again I haven't noticed any difference in fat burning regardless of my routine. My diet has always determined if I lose or gain weight, not my routine.
Yes I keep reading how diet is everything but I have been in the hole 700-1000 calories a day for 5 months now, I do take 1 or 2 day breaks but I am not getting ripped, something has to work before I lose my frigging mind!
Man, when I am done super setting I feel like my body is on fire and I am in a lot of pain, it goes away in about 30 minutes after I am done.
There is a lot of talk about getting done in under an hour as to not overload your nervous system.
I cram a lot in with super setting just to make more time in the day. I don't think it is a good idea to cram so much in (for the nervous system). It's like two hours on the nervous system in an hour. BUT if it didn't brake me(you).. I guess he we adapt.

700 to 1000 deficit? How much do you weigh? Are you doing ketosis or just low calories? And what does this leave you taking in caloric wise?
I don't understand how supersetting is supposed to get you ripped please enlighten me on this....?

I am at 206-208 lbs depending on the day. I am just doing a calorie cut, I eat 55% protein, 25% fat and 20% carbs (as close as I can get to those figures) but count and weigh all I eat and eating around 1900-2300 calories a day, every sunday I go up to 3000 calories to give myself a break and enjoy more food.
I don't know that supersetting would get me ripped I just want to do something other than Olympic and Deadlifting. m11 was more than kind enough to suggest those to me a couple of months back and I have gained a lot of strength and I am happy about that but I don't want to get big I want to get trim. I hate cardio and running and all that crap so I thought supersetting may get me to burn more calories, hell I don't know!
