    my routine critique!

    monday:squat,dips,pull ups,military press,barbell curl,tricep

    wednesday: push up,bent over row, lunges,shrugs,calf raises,reverse curls

    friday:benchpress,chin ups,deadlift,upright row,barbell curl,tricep

    ill appreciate any advice and critiquesss

    Not sure i understand why you've grouped the exercises together like that. What are you trying to achieve with your training? What about the sets/reps etc etc?

    I've been workin out wit only push up,pull up and lunges for about 5 months now ... But i dont think am gettin much result out of it anymore so am lookin for the right work out.

    Push ups 3sets as many as i can do
    pull up 3 sets as many as i can do
    lunges 3 sets 8-12
    dips 3 sets 8-12

    3 meals a day a
    dont use any supplement

    EVERY OTHER DAY MONDAY WE FRIDAY
    THE SAME ROUTINE
