    Cardio substitute?

So on Saturday I was playing basketball and I pulled a muscle in my ass. I have to limp around the place. I can't workout my legs because I can't even lay down without feeling pain and I can't do cardio since I can barely walk. Is there am alternate form of cardio I could do that doesn't involve movement of my ass/hamstring?

Pedal an exercise bike with your hands?

That's actually not a bad idea... you can throw punches at a heavybag or speedbag. Also jump rope, if it doesn't aggrevate your injury too much.

I'll probably stick with this one though. When I swim I never use my legs anyways because it feels awkward so I might actually do this until I'm feelin' better.
