hey guys, just got out of basic and ait for the army, and headed to my duty station in two weeks, im wondering about combining the pt with a weight routine. i lost a lot of weight in mass during basic, and made a little improvement in ait, but NEED to get back in the gym. im worried about overtraining, the pt isn't hard but gives a burn every once in a while, any soldiers got input for a battle buddy?


Ive never been in the army pal, but im aware of a website called military.com from my friend who was in the RAF which probably answers this question for you.
