Hi everyone,
i know i'm not the only one with chest problems out on this forum. I'm looking for ANY chest work out possible. Mainly one that would allow some what quick results over a period of 3months or so.
Good news! My max for benching is 181 and i'm 161. I could hardly do 160 a while ago. Also I'm dropping some weight and gaining it back. I still have those trouble abs, but i'll fix em' good. My arms are lookin good same goes for my traps and shoulders. In feb. i'll post a few pics. thanks for the help!

What has your chest routine been so we can tell you what to change :]


3 sets flat bench
1 set decline
2 sets incline
No particular order, sometimes I mix, going incline to decline.
You may wish to do more. Sometimes I'll finish with 1-2 sets of flys or pec dec, when I do flys I like to do them on an incline. I also like dips for lower chest, so I may do those in place of flat bench.

Try this one:
Flat Bench Press (3 sets)
Incline DB Press (3 sets)
Incline DB Fly (2-3 sets)
Dips or Cable Crossover (low version) (1-2 sets)
Keep the rests to around 90 seconds on presses and 60 seconds on flys. The pumpp sould be crazy...at least it is for me!
Go home....AND EAT!!
