    antogonist question

    was wondering is it good or bad to train say chest and back on the same day or chest and biceps the same day? or it really doesnt matter?

    thanks and ya think im gonna make a routine using the antagonist style of training like triceps and biceps, chest and back or maybe back and triceps, chest and back we'll see what I come up with byt thanks for the info

    You can train any possible combination of muscle groups effectively in one workout, it really doesn't matter. What matters is the program composition as a whole and what works for you.
