    Help on routine please.

I am an electrician and i get up at 4:40 am and get home at 7:00 pm from mon-fri. This really interfears with training, and i would like to make a mass building plan where most of my traininf is on fri-sun. I want to get peak mass so any of you guys design a workout plan that reflects on my schedule please. I always get depressed because i do not know how to train around this and it hinders my gains because i am not CONSISTANT which is key to BB. Thanks guys.

Invest on a simple home gym (bench, bar, dumbbells and a pull up bar) and workout the upper body at night and on the weekends train legs at a real gym. Something like Monday-Push, Wednesday-Pull and Saturday-Legs.

There's really not enough info to design a routine.
What kind of condition are you in?
What types of routines have you done before?
Do you go to a gym or workout at home?

i am going to be 22 in august. I am 13%bf and 150lbs i have peaked at 163lbs before. I am very fit, and my job is kind of laborous some days. I have trained for a while now and have done a steroid cycle so i know some things about mass and what not just do not know how to plan my routine because when i get home during the week from mon-fri which is at 7:00pm i have 3 hours to shower eat and workout. This is what i mean i am really thinking about a home gym. Then train hard on weekends.

pimprn, what do you intend to bring up this bulk - anything in particular, or just overall size?

Invest in a home gym or a gym that is open until 11pm.

I would lift on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    Go hard each day.

Let your body rest M,T,Thursday, and Friday.

On Wed, rest for an hour or two and hit the gym at like 9:30pm.

On sat and sun your off so you should be good to go.

    Keep yourself motivated man.

Hit the gym randomly on Mondays and Fridays if you can too, just keep pushing. Once you see results, it'll all feel worth it.

Also if your looking for mass less is more (to an extent). LOW REPS, HIGH WEIGHT. I PREACH THIS. 5repsx5sets and 3repsx10sets are GREAT for mass and strength gains.
