    couple opinions

    would it be better to change rack pulls to romanian dead lifts? because i get regular deads another day.

    rack pulls 5x5

    bent over rows 3x8
    115,135,145
    seated rows (straight bar) 3x10-15
    140(10), 120(15), 110(15)
    bb bench press 5x5

    incline db press 3x8

    I was told that i should completely wax leg press from this day, that squats would be enough on hm quads what do you think?

    I agree you should completely wax your legs. Just partially waxing them just leaves areas of stubble.

    You could replace them, I don't see any problems with it. You could also just add it to your routine. It depends on how hard you wanna go bro.
