I don't see why not. You'll just sweat out some water weight. Right as you drink more water it'll be right back.

Hell I know people who workout in the sauna after they are done lifting weights. The guy I know does push ups, dips, and all sorts of abs in there. I personally like to get a sweat going then stretch out in the sauna.

It can help clear the pores and all that. It won't make a difference in your body composition. I know people who like to use it to relax post workout as well.

I just didnt know if it was ok, because one guy said you burns calories in the sauna. So I was wondering if I need to quit going in the sauna.

The more you sweat, the more fluids your body will absorb post sweating so you have nothing to worry about. A sauna will never make you lean or cut or lose weight directly by any means. It would only do this if you kept going into a sauna, sweating your nuts off, and then not drinking anything to replenish your body with fluids.
