My abs are pretty messed up. I lost a lot of weight and am seeing visible abs, like I wanted. Now a new problem has arisen. Well maybe problems.
I've got the top two abs on the left side in and visible. The third ab on both sides is coming in. But the top two abs on the right side are like not there? Like the outsides of the right abs are normal looking like the outside of the left, but in the middle there isn't a crease. It's kind of bulkier and there seems to be like an extra muscle combining the top two on the right instead of a crease. I don't think they are asymmetrical because the third ab on each side is in the same spot. Do I need to train the right side more somehow?
Also if they are asymmetrical, is there any way to fix them?

There's probably more fat covering the less defined side.
your only 16 your body will catch up if you train them equally both sides but no 2 muscles are identical to each other ie the left bicep might be slightly bigger than right ect, ect. no worries your right on track. imo
