Hey guys so I recently went to the doctor to get a physical and to ask him about my shoulders. Whenever I do overhead press or lateral raises I get a very tense and uncomfortable feeling in between my shoulders and in my traps. The doc checked it out and said he thinks I have overdeveloped anterior deltoids. He told me to go to physical therapy and I'm planning on it but I was wondering if any of you guys have had similar problems? Should I stop benching? That is the only exercise I do that really uses my ant delt...
