Do this 3 times a week:

    5x10
    bodyweight squats
    pushups
    step lunges
    chin ups
    stepups
    mountain climbers

Rest 30 seconds between each giant set

after the fifth set, you'll be so winded you'll need a 5 minute rest.

Then, 30 minutes of moderate cardio keeping the heartrate around 130-140.

    Have a carb/protein drink after.

This is called a Javorek Complex without weights.
    Have fun.

If you've been training for at least 6-8 weeks consistently, the one week's rest will probably do you some good and you'll come back to the gym stronger and well rested. Instead of trying to focus on resistance training while you're away stick to swimming and try to stay active.

A one week break isn't going to destroy anything. If anything it'll help.

    1) Do one arm elbow curls with a beverage of choice alternating arms frequently.
    2) Find hot babes and do various hip movements for several sets nightly.
