Some people love them, but I'm not a big fan of upright rows.

Upright rows mangle my shoulder joints. Wide, narrow or any grip in between has me crying the blues for a couple weeks feeling like the shoulder joints have gravel in them.

what about the routine ?
do you think am giving enough rest to the muscles

Looks like plenty of rest. Only problem is too many isolation movements. Throw in a couple extra compound lifts and watch those arms grow without doing a single curl.

What do you mean by "volume routine"?
I'm confused because this is not a high volume routine, so where does the volume factor in?

Stop posting program after program after program. If you're going to ask the same question constantly do it in the same thread at least.
routine is overtraining ?

Upper/lower split
