Learn to love squats. They are hard to do but once you get the technique down it all just falls into place.

Some people love them, but I'm not a big fan of upright rows.

Upright rows mangle my shoulder joints. Wide, narrow or any grip in between has me crying the blues for a couple weeks feeling like the shoulder joints have gravel in them.

Looks like plenty of rest. Only problem is too many isolation movements. Throw in a couple extra compound lifts and watch those arms grow without doing a single curl.

What do you mean by "volume routine"?
I'm confused because this is not a high volume routine, so where does the volume factor in?

Agreed. This is far from volume training.
