    Body Weight Exercises

The question I have for you today is about different body weight exercises such as pull ups, push ups, crunches, dips. Would something such as:

Monday- Friday 3 Miles and 3 sets of each of the above to failure each evening.
Saturday- 5 Miles and Push Routine
Sunday- 5 Miles and Pull Routine

I understand this could get me close to over training ,but possible not. Or should I try something like M,W, and F -Push ups and Dips. Tue and Thurs - Pull ups and Crunches

Some way or another I have to do more of these throughout the week.

seems like every week you have a different goal. weights, running, training for bootcamp, etc.etc.etc.
    now bodyweight movements.

do what you want, but the advice i gave you was go to stewsmith.com, a retired stud navy seal, and email him telling him you're training for bootcamp
and you want his opinion on how to train to prep yourself for what your ultimate goal is.

my background is running, ice hockey and currently cycling.
you ever want training plans for these 3 , i will gladly help.. but if you're heading into the service, seek out service men and get workouts from them.
the xfit.com web site has a lot of military and special forces members that will put you on a plan.
    go there for advice
when exactly is the day you go to bootcamp?
    good luck

Thanks slim, I didn't change my goals you dingleberry. I simple added another ,which is to improve my bodyweight exercises. I thanked you for your last bit of info also. And stewsmith, i highly doubt is going to be checking his email often enough to sit down, read, and reply within the time before I depart for bootcamp. My question was doing those exercises that many times a week would cause me to over train or reach maximum limits. Training for boot camp is not a goal, and weights, running, and bodyweight exercises all fall under the same category. Thank you for the info tho. I just figured I would and I am sure I will get replies quicker from people I know have some knowledge faster than some retired seal.

Planning on doing any leg work in there? And, running doesn't constitute leg work.
