About 4 weeks ago I got burnt really bad and almost ended up with a heat stroke. Since that day I have been very dizzy and disoriented. So I finally went to the doctor and he said I have Vertigo.
I have had to take it easy and I also have to stay out of the sun. I have also been trying different things with my workout but its nowhere near as intense as I would like it to be. He gave me Anivert [sp] pills but I threw them away. They made me very dizzy and I felt like a zombie.
Goal: 190lbs - Currently: 190 lbs - 22.0% bf
I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members. Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.
So instead of taking the pills back to the doctor and asking for an alternative medication, you threw them away and are now asking the internet if you can workout?
Good fucking job
Your spelling and grammar doesn't look like it was spewed forth by an idiot so i'm pretty sure you're not stupid - use your head, man. Go back to the Doc, get some meds that work, and wait untill you get a clean bill of health before seriously working out again.

He said there are not any pills that will cure this. I am not asking anyone else if I can workout, I was just wondering if anyone else has this? jeez

I don't know anything about Vertigo, but I would take Gaz's advice & back off the workouts until you get something figured out. Screw working out if it could potentially make you dead!!!

Instead of throwing away the medication you should have stayed on it until the side effects subsided. Most pharmacies give you a sheet explaining the medication, its uses and side effects.
they give patients with dizziness a med called tenormin 25- 50mg ed until it goes away. its used for hbp and social phobias and newly discovered dizziness. but dont listen to me iam just suggesting a med that works 80% of the time. good luck. i hope you get better bro. imo

sounds like youve been jerking off with the right hand too often . . . this causes an imbalance in your celebral cortex, leading to dizziness, and in worst cases nausia, constipation, erectile disfunction, rectal prolapse, alzeimers etc
. . begin LHJO therapy immediately at least 3x a day. After a week taper off, and alternate RHJO 1:3 . . by week 4 you should be on a JO ratio of 1:1 . . hopefully minus your affliction

My same situation exactly, but I stabbed winstrol + trem same time - have been dizzy for 2 weeks now - I guess you are ok now, so what's the remedy bro please. Thanks!
Vertigo isnt even a specific diagnosis...its a symptom..vertigo the medical term for dizziness. That doc didnt tell you anything that you didnt know....he told you that you are dizzy. I would go to somebody else for another opinion......preferably a neurologist.
