    how much is your heart rate when you do cardio empty stomach?

    i do 120-130 maxx

    it depends on your age. I am 31 and I try to keep mine between 150 and 160 for cardio

    for mma i like to have my heart rate up to 170-180 in intervals because in mma your heart rate goes up and down. rest then explode rest than explode over and over

    When I run mine stays at about 170-180 the whole time... I don't do much cardio so that's probably why... Heh

    Around 130-135 when walking and 175-180 when I jog for long amounts of time.
