    Gym vs p90x?

Well, Just like a bunch of others, I was laid off...

Now I'm faced with needing to save as much money as I possibly can so aka cutting back on a lot of things...

I pay about $40 a month for my gym right now and my contract expires next month... I am able to either keep it or cancel it and go about other means of getting buff

I have some basics at my house like bench with ~300 pounds, ez curl bar with ~100 pounds, pair of 25 db's, 35 db's and could easily buy the db bars...

What would you guy's do? I was considering p90x or just my own home work out thing but I COULD still afford the gym yet I just want to be able to start saving money....

Just do the home work out. You have weights and a bench. What's the problem?

Add a used rack to your home collection and you'll have everything you need to do all major important lifts. Even with what you have though, you can still train effectively.

Agreed, maybe add a door jam pull-up bar and there you go.
