    No gym access

So I'm going to the lake for a week and I've got no access to the gym. I still want to workout and keep in shape. I can do cardio obviously, because you can run really, anywhere. But I am also cutting and want to keep my muscle mass as high as possible so what should I do? Not workout for a week and keep on the diet? Not workout for a week and go off the diet? Do body-weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, etc) and stay on the diet? Or do body-weight exercises and go off the diet?

Not do any resistance training for a week and keep on the diet is what I would do. If you've been training diligently for the past 8-12 weeks, a week off will probably do you some good, it will let your whole body recover and get stronger. You should be able to come back to the gym and feel just as strong if not stronger after your 5-7day break. There will be no muscle loss in that small timeframe. In terms of other things, sure I'd stay as active as possible, run, swim do whatever. If you feel you really need some resistance training in there or you've already had a week off recently bodyweight exercises along with some cardio would be great. Do some pushups for high reps, find some logs and toss them around, farmer walk with logs, grab a branch and do some chins.

Alright sounds good, thanks a lot.

What about abs? Can I still do sit ups, crunches, and all that good stuff?

Honestly dude... When I go hard for a few weeks then take a week off I notice huge increases compared to just constantly going.. Sometimes your muscles need a break..
