    Hockey Training?

I've been playing hockey for 15 yrs now and am making the jump to play at a level a 2 notches under pro and i have always been successful even without working out but now i started working out for about a year and am looking for some good strength exercises.
    Any help is appreciated!

Squats, deadlifts, powercleans, rack pulls, bench press, shoulder press, dips, barbell rows, pull-ups, chin-ups. These would be excellent exercises to use if you're looking to increase power and strength and pretty much the only exercises you really need for now. Stick to lower rep ranges and heavier lifts if your main goal is pure strength. With these exercises, since you're an athlete, I would also work on flexibility.

Do some research on this guy, he deals with hockey players a ton.

"Prior to founding Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Michael served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University for 15 years. Presently Boyle continues to serve as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's Ice Hockey at Boston University. In addition to his duties at Boston University, from 1991-1999 Boyle served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League.
