what wud u say the best way to train t get a real pump, get big quick look

bicep curls, crunches, heavier bicep curls, then even more crunches. worked for me man. its a sick routine. dont forget to take some noxplode, and 3 times the average dose of creatine each day.
oh and since you only have 2 weeks, dont take any rest days, wouldnt want to waste your time from getting huge!
it took me 32 yrs and you only want two weeks, r you ok it takes a lifetime comitment not just a couple weeks. 4 yrs is shit. it takes at least 8 yrs to become a dr. so give the same amount off time bro. i missed a total of 6 months in 32 yrs. if it was that easy everybody would do it its not how it works. look up training in 2 weeks. i dont know.
