Have any of you guys seen the workout's in the arnold bb encyclepedia?One for intermediate was mon,wed,fri,-chest and back in the am and thighs in the pm.Then tues,thurs,sat-shoulders,arms,triceps.Do you have to be on a shit load of juice to do this workout?I want to make as much gains as possible before I try juice.Right now im hitting each muscle group 2x a week but was thinking about 3.

Very high volume- Check out some newer examples on the website. Lots of effective ways to train, experiment and see what works for you. No one program is the "secret" to success.
I think you should try hitting each muscle group 4x a week.... just to be ready...

The Arnold Encyclopedia has a lot of great info, but it also has many flaws. It was written with old-school bodybuilding principles in mind, many of which have since been proven incorrect.
You need to expand your horizons beyond a mainstream fitness book. Read more. Get more than one opinion. Be objective and extremely analytical.
i would train 2 xs a wk ea bodypart. i thought you were back on legend? anyway i only train 1 bodypart a wk. but i train till i puke sometimes. on leg days i get massive nosebleeds then u know u got a workout. but until u use gear and fill in again just stay at 2 wk. thats me everybody is different. good luck legend .
