I don't know where you live, but I found them on the cheap at a used sporting goods store.

thats a nice weight set, is it smooth doing pulldowns? also u could do deadlifts, 300lbs isnt much but just do 20 reps or so. if that wasnt on here already, i didnt see it. in 1978 when i first started i used all stuff i made out of wood but as i got stronger i went through the boards and finally went to the iron palace where i got a pro powerlifter who i looked up to and he trained me right. back then there was no internet. so your in a better spot with your equipment than i could afford. but i couldnt work yet i was only 12 yrs old. never looked back. i got weights i would give you but there 25lbs each plate 1 inch hole. but iam in nyc well thats where the weights are. it would cost you a arm and a leg to ship them. good luck buddy keep at it its nice equipment you have there.

Door jam pull-up bars work great, but they will damage your moulding over time.
I use the Door Gym. It does almost no damage (a little crushing to the trim).

The trim or moulding is what I was referring too. Mine leaves noticiable dents and black marks which could easily be fixed later with a little bondo and paint, but it's worth noting in my opinion.

The kind that wedge between the door frame cause way more damage than the Door Gym.

Where do you live? I'm in the northern Detroit area. I've got a set of adjustable dumbbells you can have. All you have to do is come get them.
Have an olympic bar and 300lbs of weights if anyone is interested. Not much room here any more and I'm going to a regular gym that fits my needs.
I'm in that exact situation! Except that I also have a bench and a total of 400 pounds in weights.

If anybody near my area wants or needs them let me know. If you want to pay for them, that's cool. If not, that's cool, too. Just as long as I know they are going to someone that will use them.
