Strongest: Biceps or back (any muscle)
    Weakest: Legs (any muscle)

I assume when you say strongest and weakest you mean compared to the average muscle right? Like obviously my chest is stronger than my biceps but compared to most people I've got really strong biceps but my chest is only a little above average, in terms of strength.

    Was 405 your 1RM?
no it was, i think 565 for 1 but its been awhile could be wrong but not more than that.

I do quite a bit of oly lifting, so quads and traps are a strength and hams/chest are a weakness.

Weakest would be arms by genetic default. Thanks mom and dad.

Strongest is definitely back and legs.
