Strongest: Biceps or back (any muscle)
Weakest: Legs (any muscle)
I assume when you say strongest and weakest you mean compared to the average muscle right? Like obviously my chest is stronger than my biceps but compared to most people I've got really strong biceps but my chest is only a little above average, in terms of strength.
I wouldn't sweat it, dude. Most people can deadlift more than they squat. In fact, I think it's a little odd to squat more. I suppose it comes down to individual proportions, but generally deadlifts yield greater numbers.
Also, 225 for 4 is awesome! I would be choked too to be down from previous numbers; I also just had a battle with getting my deadlift back to normal, but with hard work I did, and so will you. It's fun in a way working your way back; it's like Rocky making his comeback in Rocky III.
Was 405 your 1RM?
no it was, i think 565 for 1 but its been awhile could be wrong but not more than that.
