Bro, looking back over all your posts since you joined here, you have consistently shown yourself to be unable to stick with any goals, training or diet. This lack of motivation or whatever problem it is that is preventing you from focusing is why you have not even come close to accomplishing your goals after 2 years on this site.
I am not saying this to be rude, only trying to force you into a reality check.
If you think you can focus on P90X. Actually complete the training, AND follow the diet, then sure. Go for it, that is a decent price, and you obviously lack the dedication and drive to create and follow a program of your own, so this may be just the ticket for you.

If you looked back on my posts you would read where I lost 100 pounds... I've since then gained roughly 15 pounds of upper body muscle.... My goal is to honestly just get big... It's really hard for me to stick to a diet due to medical reasons... 1. You have been the exact same size for almost 2 years.
2. All of your BF% calculations are wrong
3. You have never in your life benched 300lbs. Ever. Not even close.
4. You state that you can curl 160lbs for "6-7 sets of 10". Those arms have never even considered 160lbs.
5. You have asked and asked and asked for variation after variation of routine, and gotten some really good advice. Despite this you have not gained one ounce of muscle. This is not due to lack of good knowledge being passed on to you. Its because you arent following through and remaining dedicated.
6. Gratz on the fat loss. I will still call you a fucking liar that you ever weighed 275lbs benching over 300. You have maybe 110lbs of LBM (thats a nice estimate) and I would eat my fucking shorts if you were ever close to 300lbs.
I wasn't trying to be a dick, I am just tired of seeing people pour time and effort into you, when you dont even give the common courtesy to follow up on the advice you are given.

1. I wouldn't consider myself the "Same size" All of my numbers have went up and my muscles are bigger.
2. You know, when you do this one thing really fast.... I forget what it's called... Oh yeah... LOSE WEIGHT! You tend to not have the skin that is more "elastic" or for you're intelligence level I should say "loose skin"
3. I benched 300 pounds when I was in a bench pressing competition with a marine that came to recruit at my school. I don't see how hard it is to add 4 45's 2 35's and 2 2 1/2's... Don't forget the bar that weighs 45 pounds. Don't feel too bad if you have to ask someone else to add that up for you since you seem so retarded.

I would consider that some muscle gain, specially considering that I went up on ALL on weight on ALL of my workouts by at least 10-15 pounds.

What I want is to just gain muscle mass... The thing is, I can't really eat too much and I'm limited to what I can eat... If I eat too much, I'll get sick and possibly throw up. If I eat something I'm not supposed to, I'll get sick and possibly throw up... I eat on right now about 1.5k - 2k calories with getting in no more than usually 100g of protein. Last time I lost 15 pounds from trying to "bulk" on a diet in which I ate 2k calories with about 160g of protein and I don't remember how much carbs I was taking in... I have gym access pretty much everyday.

First off, as I stated in another post last night, the combination of low cals, being stuck on a rig, and mid-cycle had me a little pissy last night. I apologize for even making this post. It was rude. However, I only take back MAKING the post, not any of the shit I said. You are a liar.
If by 'bigger' you mean, 'exactly the same' then yes, you got bigger. Pics dont lie man. You may have leaned up a little, and probably added some functional strength if you are working out, but size certainly wasnt gained.
I know all about losing weight. I went from a fat ass 265lbs last february at 30%+ BF% to a fairly lean and mean 205 last month. I know about skin elasticity, and loose skin. As a parent I also know a thing or two about watching a kid lie. You were NEVER 270lbs. Not in your life. A 270lb man at upwards of 50% BF, (which is fucking insane) would have 20-30lbs more LBM than you. Even if you did every single thing wrong when losing the weight, you would have retained some of that.
The problem isnt math. The problem is lies. You have never in your life bellied up to 300lbs, unless it was a chubby at prom. If you were benching 300lbs at 270 you had far more LMB than 50% as stated above, and there is NO WAY you lost all of that.

I got to look the way I do in my profile picture thanks to P90X. I didn't want to share cause I dont want everyone to look like me.
Gotta chime in here..you may have covered this topic before, but being new I wouldn't know..you stated you couldn't eat alot or you would get "sick", or if you ate the wrong "thing" you would get "sick" and throw up. Did you have gastric bypass surgery?? If so, this could be an underlying problem for you. It could also be a reason for your motivation issues. If you don't have the proper balances of fuel in your body you aren't going to add much muscle man..sorry, but it's just how the body works. You may want to check into some supplements to fill in what you're not getting in your diet, however, FOOD is the best way to go. I"ve gone through the whole thread and it seems as though you have been given some very good advice, past and present. I might add that you seem to be focused on your body parts prematurely. Just get in the gym and TRAIN! Nevermind worrying about how your arms look, or if you have a "peak", or whether the line down your gut means you have "abs"..and so on. At this point, that's all just silly crap for you to be concerned with. You need to make some "noticeable" gains before you post pics..I would have to agree with JTomlinson, I see no difference in any of them. Hit the gym, train hard, then take a pic in a couple of months and put the b4 and after next to each other and ask yourself do you HONESTLY see a difference. IF you DO, I think you'll be surprised at how much motivation that will give you. HEY, you lost the weight, even if it was bypass surgery..now it's time to build it back up the way you really want it to look. Think of it as a second chance man. Now get to the gym, oh, and make sure you take your friend with you.

I lost the weight due to dieting and I have "G.E.R.D" Basically it's a bad case of acid reflux... No meds work and surgery is the only option but due to no medical insurance, that's out of the question...

I know... I'm stupid and use my knee problems as an excuse to not work out my legs but I have 2 knee braces so I'll have to start back up with it... I do a lot of running and play basketball a lot as well so that helps me out but still it isn't good enough.
