If you're prepping I would do BF%, weight, etc. on a weekly basis.
Otherwise, 3-6 weeks would be the the norm.
Weighing, measuring and pictures can almost become a compulsion. How frequently should someone measure, get weighed or take pictures to actually see real results without it becoming an obsession?

I would only do it at like the beginning, Middle, and end of a cut or bulk. More than that and your just about going to drive yourself crazy looking for results. I mean other than prepping as Deeznuts said.

Exactly! I'm a very visual person and seeing the results helps me measure the success. Looking in the mirror, you're not going to see much progression (because you see yourself everyday). I don't want to become discouraged by overdoing it (jumping on the scale or taking pics frequently) yet I want to measure (see) my success...
