    Workout Sch.

    I am changing my routine for the next few months was needing some help with the actual weight lifting portion of the training. My workout routine is like this

    Day 1 - Morning = cardio routine 45 min
    Evening = 1 hour boxing

    Day 2 - Morning = cardio routine 45 min
    Evening = weight workout ( What I need help with)

    Day 3 - Morning = cardio routine 45 min
    Evening = Off

    Start all over again.

    I was looking to do this routine for about 2 - 3 months and looking to build strength but also trying to tone up, any suggestions would help, thanks for reading.

    Well first of all I suggest actually lifting weights. It's a big part of gaining strength now-a-days

    Being a beginner I'm gonna say a full body workout 2 - 3 times per week. You can google or search on here for different routines people have come up with over the years. You can also do Push/Legs/Pull Routine, which the correct way to lift actually. <---- Less tiring in my opinion on muscle groups. ANYWAYS. So stating your statistics and how many days you have to lift weekly would help.
