contests?
anyone here on this board training for a bodybuilding contest? anything coming up?
i just got a few emails from classmates.com, and i seen an old friend from the early 70's is still competing.. he's in the matsers catagory now.. doing masters nationals. doing very very well these past years. dude never stopped training. i bet 40+ years in bodybuilding. older in the face but his body looks great.
anybody here compete, or just train?
