    Mobility Question

    I'm currently working on my flexibility and wanted to inquire on how often i can perform Mobiliity exercises for my Hips and Thoracic Spine.

    Right now I'm doing morning and night... Is that adequate?

    What is the consensus wisdom?

    What type of exercises are you doing? I would do dynamic stretches morning and night.

    I think it depends on what kind of exercises you're doing, same as any other type of training.
