What type of exercises are you doing? I would do dynamic stretches morning and night.
I'm currently working on my flexibility and wanted to inquire on how often i can perform Mobiliity exercises for my Hips and Thoracic Spine.
Right now I'm doing morning and night... Is that adequate?
