    nair sucks, so do most other creams. Waxing at home sucked big time and was a messy affair. I haven't tried professional waxing but it'll be expensive.

    Yes, razor shaving or electric body groomer is the way to go

    I'm italian and moderately hairy particularly on the chest, stomach, forearms and legs. I certainly do trim my chest and stomach down to a stubble with a beard trimmer but I never shave arm or leg hair and certainly never with nair or a razor. That's just getting a little too delightful for my liking.

    I am not huge on a hairy guy, I haven't looked at your pics, but you are probably what I would prefer. FMJ may have a little more than I like to see on a guy.

    I have tried Nair once, hated it. Waxing at home is not fun, very painful and you may end up screwing it up. So, with that said, I would suggest that if you can get it done professionally, Waxing would be ideal; over time, there will be less hair growing back in. If that isn't in your budget, stick to the razor.
