I've seen a lot of threads on the old 20 rep squat program and, while it's very effective, I'd like to make a thread about another great squatting progam. I increased my squat by 25lbs. after the first 4 weeks alone and was never stronger squatting or mentally than when I went through this program.
All weights are percentages of your current 1RM (be conservative).
Also keep in mind that they list number of reps before the number of sets, so 70%x9x4 means you do 4 sets of 9 reps at 70% of your 1RM.
