    Cardio / Sauna suit??

Hello everyone. I'm thinking of doing cardio (walking) on a treadmill with a sauna suit on a daily basis, and I was told that as long as I drink enough water to replenish what I've lost I will burn more calories and therefore more fat. Is this true? I understand they are mainly used to cut water weight but I have also heard you can burn serious calories with them too.

    Thanks....

P.S. This is a protest against the shutting down of the previous above named thread. It was a highly intelligent articulate argument that by no means crossed and boundries (apart from the shot at IanDaniel). I am unwilling to start any legitimate paperwork here at work until it is re-instated!!
I love lifting so much that i wanna take it behind the school building and get it pregnant!

No, sauna suits are actually really good for cutting fat.

If you eat a diet entirely consisting of them, that is.

No, yetsetm has been here for a while, and was annoyed that Iain and I shut down the other thread because it was highly entertaining.

When i have a few minutes i will track down some research and post it here, so this thread can become everything that other thread should have been.

I.e. - Intelligent, informative, civilised, and not engineered by a git.
