    top of my chest

iv noticed recently since i have lost some weight that the top of my chest is not as big or as shapley/defined as the middle/bottom part

iv lost a fair bit of bulk off my chest and shoulders

i really wanna bring it up so it looks even and bulky all over - should i concentrate more on inclines or will it even itself out as my chest gets bigger -

    Thumbs up

no excuses you can train around almost any injury, thats not going to cut it, try a better one? jk how is your recovery doing? do u still have joint pain or socket pain? you can train around almost all injurys though but i was joking with you. but if you just use the basics and try and do strict form, youll grow into a better chest like gears said it takes time not 1 yr , yrs to change your overall look. its my leg day tomm. i cant wait i was off today but tomm i might be able to get 12 reps in the squat with 225 lbs on the bar. ill go for 14 but ill count backwords, to, in my mind, trick it to make it seem less.well i wish you all the best brother.

what works for me is, lots of incline press, lots of incline flies, I always start out with incline , then flat ,then decline, finish cable flies

my physio told me basically i need surgury or just train light, i dont want surgury as i already had about 6 months to 1 yr of not properly training thru this injury so i agreed to train light.. as the months have gone on ive been getting stronger and stronger with ess pain
last week i decided to stop the high rep one muscle a day training and go for a few weeks of the ush and pull compound lifting, and may have overdone it, im gona rest it this week and get some cardio in and take it from there.
