hey guys, jsut wondering since im fairly new to the game of weightlifting, atleast in respect to most of you guys, am i able to gain muscle without gaining a gut? like can i still do cardio and stuff to keep my abs showing but still increase strength and size? or atleast strength?
For minimal fat gain on a bulk you need a clean bulk, which basically means (a) you're not eating ridiculously over your maintenance calories, (b) you're eating all whole foods, and (c) you're following set macros and not just guessing how much you're eating.
