    please check my new routine

    A:

    bench press 3x6-8
    db incline 3x8-10
    deep pushups 2xMax

    military press 3x8-10
    lateral raises 2x12-15

    combined sets:
    close-grip bench 2x6-8
    bench dips (weighted) 2x8-10


    B:


    squat 3x6-8
    bulgarian split squat 3x8-10
    standing calve raises 2x12-15

    pull-ups 3xMax
    db rows 3x8-10
    shrugs 2x12-15

    comb.sets:
    bb curls 2x8-10
    hammers 2x8-10

    When you say Military Press you mean standing right? Just want to make sure because a lot of people don't realize it's a standing press. I would add one more vertical push. How about Olympic Bar Corner Press? Or, toss in a dynamic full-body lift like a Hang Clean, which, while more of a lower pull, is still heavy enough on the shoulders to substitute it for another overhead press. I've always put Hang Cleans in my vertical push.
